Dosage

Using a single essence: Adults: Add 2 drops in water and sip at intervals throughout the day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Using multiple essences: Combine up to 7 essences to make your personal blend. Fill a clean 30 mL bottle ¾ full of spring water. Add 2 drops of each essence to the water. Take 4 drops of your blend a minimum of 4 times a day
