• Native to the mountainous regions of Europe, in Germany this perennial herb goes by the common names of “wound herb” or “fracture herb” and bears a folkloric mystique as a “wonder plant”. In the upland areas, where cuts and scrapes from falling down are commonplace, the locals in their dialect call it the “stand up and go” plant in tribute to its healing powers.
• A natural herbal treatment, our Arnica Oil is made from organically grown flowering tops infused in extra virgin olive oil and is used topically to soothe sore muscles and inflammations due to sprains, bruises, dislocations and wounds, not to mention varicose veins.

Dosage

Adults and adolescents (> 13 years): Apply thinly and evenly to affected area up to 3 to 4 times per day. Rub and/or massage into skin until the preparation disappears. For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes. Do not apply to wounds or damaged skin. Do not bandage. Do not apply with external heat, such as an electric heating pad, as this may result in excessive skin irritation or skin burn. Breastfeeding women should not apply on or near the nipple.
